Thank you for being on my email list! Because you are, you get first access to all of my art on paper before everyone else.
This collection includes all the paintings inspired by my recent trip to the Apostle Islands off the coast of northern Wisconsin along Lake Superior, several of which were painted right on the beaches we visited, some from our cabin, and others, during the long road trip to and from our destination.

Paint: These are professional quality artist watercolors (trust me, there is a huge difference between the cheap stuff and the professional level watercolors). This set has lasted me for about 3 years now, and I can replace individual colors as needed.
Brushes: I like these brushes because they are flexible, stay moist to keep the color flowing, and can be shaped easily to perform multiple tasks: from fine lines all the way to broad washes of color, so less brushes to carry on my painting excursions.
Paper: I learned about and purchased this paper after this trip, and now that I have tried it, I don't think I will ever use any other kind. It is made of cotton, so it won't ball up if you brush too many times, making it very forgiving. It's 5x7 perfect travel size, and a standard size so, easy for matting into an 8x10 mat with 5x7 opening. It was recommended to my by another professional watercolor artist, Kimberly Cammerata, whose work I really admire!
Portable Paint Palette : So cute, yet super practical. This is great if you have watercolor or gouache paint in tubes and just want to squeeze a little out, or if you want to customize your palette with individually purchased half pans of watercolors( as not all sets have everything you might want...for me that's quinacridone magenta!) Note: it does not come with any paint, but does have individual empty half pans that you can put paint in (either from your tubes of watercolor, or individual half pans)
