👋 Hello!

I’m Marie, and I am slightly obsessed with 

reducing, reusing, and recycling single use materials......and having FLASH SALES for you!

 

I constantly worry about the enviroment, and try to invent new ways to reduce waste or reuse materials that end up in landfills by attempting to reduce the amount of paint I use, reuse things like mylar wrappers and other single use plastics, and even my own leftover paint (sometimes I turn paint scrapings into jewelry!


This month â€“ I 've Been working on 2 projects, one with coffee filters, and another with mylar fruit bar wrappers.
The painting above, was originally made on a single use mylar fruit bar wrapper, using just a few drops of fluid acrylic paint. Literally, less than 20 drops of paint! With modern technology, I am able to capture this tiny painting with a scanner and turn it into a larger size that can be printed as shown above... up to  36x36 inches and beyond!
